New Orleans Baton rouge Steamship Pilots Association's misson is to protect the public welfare and environment of the State of Louisiana by enhancing the safe and efficient navigation of ocean-going vessels.
As an essential element of the vast Mississippi River economic engine that provides jobs and opportunities for communities throughout the State of Louisiana, including our own communities along the Mississippi River, the NOBRA Pilots are dedicated to making Louisiana a better place for all of its citizens.
